Birkam Yoga is a beginning class suitable for everybody, regardless of age or fitness level.
TIPS TO PREPARE YOU FOR CLASS:
- Come 15 minutes early for class so we can meet, greet and register you.
- Drink 1 -2 litres of water in the hours before class.
- Do not eat any big meals for 2 hours before class.
- Wear light, comfortable exercise clothing .
- Bring an open mind, yoga mat, large towel and water (all available at studios for small fee) .
- Please notify us if you are taking prescribed medication, have any injuries, illnesses or have had recent surgery.
- Finally, be prepared to sweat, laugh and do more for your health, body and general well being than you ever imagined possible!
